The Proclad Group offer real turnkey engineering solutions to their clients across the various energy sectors. With experience and expertise in piping products and corrosion prevention, we have a proven track record for working to tight tolerances, challenging geometry and demanding specifications.

With our extensive product range, we can manufacture high pressure pipework, machined components or completely fabricated spools for new build, operational or decommissioning projects across the globe.

The Proclad range includes: forged materials, heat treatment, forging, induction bending, machining, NDT, mechanical lined pipe, inspection, weld overlay cladding, spool fabrication and onsite installations.

Forged Fittings

We can provide a range of reducers and tees from 2" to 42" diameter and elbows in the range of 2" to 24", with thickness ranges up to 100mm. We also specialise in non-standard components.

Weld Clad Overlay

Weld Cladding Pipe:

Manufactured in sizes from 6” diameter up to 36” diameter and capable of cladding lengths of up to 12 metres. Wall thicknesses ranging from 10mm and above.
Pipes can be manufactured from any grade of Carbon or Low Alloy Steels.
Surfacing materials include 300 and 400 series Stainless Steels, Duplex and High Nickel Alloys such as 625, 725, 825, C22 and C276.

Weld Cladding Vertical
We have a unique welding process for the cladding of valve component internals and pipeline components used in highly corrosive metal loss environments.
Proclad has vertical cladding stations which can manufacture Blocks, Fittings, Flanges and Valves from 1” to 60” in diameter.

Precision Machining

Proclad has grown to become one of the country’s foremost centres of excellence in heavy precision engineering. Our in-depth knowledge base and experience puts it at the cutting edge.

A computer aided manufacturing system and computerized production control facility are used to maximize the capability and productivity of the machines. Specialist software packages are used to provide full support for the machining process and tight control procedures are implemented from planning to delivery.

- State of the art equipment which can handle components up to 3.5m in diameter and up to 16 tonne in weight.
- Flexible and powerful machines are capable of handling the most complex tasks to satisfy clients specialist requirements.
- Many of the machines are equipped with accessories giving 5-axis machining capability.

Proclad has full fabrication capabilities enabling us to offer a complete ‘turnkey’ supply to the industry.
Capabilities ranging in sizes from 1” to 36” enables us to manufacture in both smaller Flowloop supply (e.g.for X-mas Tree Manifolds) and larger Spool Fabrications up to 12 metres in length.

Induction Bending

Bends can be manufactured in carbon steel, low alloy steel, high yield steel, duplex and super duplex, nickel alloys, stainless steel, Cr Mo and clad materials.

Manufactured in sizes from 2in (50mm) to 42in (1067mm) NB in the thickness range 0.25in (6mm) to 3in (75mm).
