1000m2 Lloyd Morris Electrical has built a Temperature Rise Laboratory to carry out continuous temperature test ensuring that starter, feeder, incomers and PLC compartments etc. do not exceed recommended temperature levels. Data is collected and recorded to prove compliance with BS EN 61439 Parts 1&2 and customer requirements.

Electrical Control Panels
Lloyd Morris Electrical Ltd having over many years supplied into the nuclear industry has gained vast amount of experience, not only with nuclear technical specifications and engineering requirements but also with quality and health and safety obligations. Lloyd Morris Electrical at present has a team of electricians in Wylfa power station carrying out various works, and has recently carried out various panel manufacturing projects for both Wylfa Power Station and Trawsfynydd Power Station. These involved submitting, through our Quality Management System, Project Quality Controls, Programmes, Quality Plans, Works Inspection and Test Plans, Life Time records, etc, of which we have completed to a high standard.
We have previously manufactured an MCC/Control Panel for Trawsfynydd Power Station for the Sludge and Resins project RV2 to RV3 Transfer Manufacture of which, we have worked in close partnership with Actus and Magnox producing all the required documentation. Having the facilities and capabilities we are able to carryout integrated trials with our MCC/Control panels and Process equipment which will give Actus and Magnox reassurance for the final conclusion.
