We are experts in rubber engineering, solving problems using rubber technology. We have the expertise to support you from the design and development process right through to manufacture, enabling you to get your solution to market more quickly.
Our in-house materials experts, toolmaking knowledge, simulation and prototyping capabilities, as well as the rubber moulding manufacturing facilities on site means that we offer a full support package.

Our non-linear Finite Element Analysis service means that we can optimise performance and assess likely failure points of your design. By simulating your product using specific compound grades, we assess the component’s behaviour in its intended application. This reduces trial and test time, whilst improving the product's lifecycle and real-world performance.
