Specialist Welding & Engineering company delivering high integrity pipework and fabrications for severe service applications in the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Marine and Nuclear industries. From our manufacturing facility in Middlesbrough, UK we supply clients Worldwide, offering a turnkey service, on-time and on-budget.

We have developed over 650 fully approved welding procedures covering the MIG, TIG, MMA and SAW processes for our specialist welding and fabrication. These welding procedures have been developed by our welding engineering team comprising European Welding Engineers, Technicians and Inspectors.

Our extensive operational capabilities and experience cover a wide scope of welding engineering practices and we are approved to ISO 3834 Part 2 (Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials), and by ASME for the weld overlay and supply of components requiring both Div1 U and Div2 U2 stamps. Our extensive experience of weld overlay using corrosion resistant alloys coupled with our Fronius hot wire TIG cladding technology allows maximum flexibility for overlay welding in bores or on the outside of cylindrical parts.

Valve bodies and parts with difficult geometries can be accommodated on our ETR (endless torch rotation) system. Pipe diameters between 150mm and 900mm and lengths up to 12m can be handled by our twin-head pipe cladding rigs.

With a range of configurable workshop areas, we can accommodate a variety of projects, with ample lay down areas and overhead craneage. Individual bespoke fabrications including skid units, storage vessels, deck equipment and oil tool components are produced by our highly skilled team of fabricators, for a wide range of industries including power generation, oil & gas, marine, pharmaceutical and nuclear.

A “clean condition” segregated fabrication area ensures that the stainless and high nickel alloys are separate from carbon and low alloy steels, while our adjustable jig fabrication system ensures dimensionally critical items can be assembled to exacting tolerances. We are well recognised for the quality of our high integrity pipework, ranging from heavy wall Carbon Steel through a full range of Duplexes and Alloy 625 and can produce flowbends, pipespools and chemical injection systems either individually or in project quantities.

We are able to manage the whole process, from procurement of project specific materials, bending, welding & fabrication, through to in-house pressure testing and coating. Completed fabrications are packed and protected to ensure arrival at the destination site in the same condition as dispatched, wherever that may be in the world.
