TMB who are based in Bridgwater Somerset, is a leading UK designer and manufacturer of precision engineering components and thermoforming tools. They have over 40 years of experience in tool making. The company possess a range of precision 5 axis machining centres and recently invested more than £3m in a fully automated robotic CNC 5 Axis manufacturing cell, The latest addition into the business is a Grob 5 axis CNC machining center, which has a 1.5 meter machining bed. Surface Grinding capacity offers 2m x 1.5m flat bed grinding opportunity. Laser welding, Mill Turn and Deep Hole drilling are all part of the TMB machining capabilities,
Design and Programming utilizing 15 seats of Solid Works and Autodesk design packages. Prototype and development department support customers new project / tooling introduction.
