We offer a complete steelwork solution from design, detailing, project management, welding, fabrication, trial assembly, surface treatment and installation or can tailor our services to individual client's needs. We have the flexibility to undertake small contracts through to larger infrastructure projects and our expertise and experience means we can manufacture in carbon or stainless steel material.

In our 30 year history we have worked in a variety of markets from structural steel, petrochemical, nuclear, waste to energy and materials handling for a diverse range of applications. Our reputation has been built on providing complex high quality steelwork assemblies.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001 and we operate an environmental management system certified to ISO 14001. We provide CE marking on our manufactured items up to execution class 4 and provide full manufacture traceability documentation.

8535m2 The access to our main workshop can accommodate 5.3 by 7.5 m fabrications and we have an internal maximum lift of 20 tonnes. We have an extensive hard standing area for the trial assembly and storage of finished fabrications. A second workshop fitted with extraction filters for segregation and manufacture of stainless steel assemblies.

Scope of Supply: 6 Number Duplex Mining Buckets
Size: 2m x 1.9m x 1.8m

Project location: Hong Kong Mines
Description: The full fabrication of 6 duplex buckets. Induction bent 323.9 x 10.31mm tube was used for the corners with specially formed plates to make the shell of the buckets with 8 Manganese teeth welded to the bucket using 15 mm fillet welds.



The manufacture and trail assembly of DML/Babcock nuclear fuel handling tower, used for the refuelling of Trident submarines at the HMNB Devonport docks. This project required seismic design to be carried out. Fabrication of dock side access platforms was also undertaken. The final structure was then fully trail assembled at Westbury Park Engineering before installation on site.
